I think its hard to be able to "live in the moment" as he says when you are struggling to pay for food and housing.
He's right about the constant chase for material wealth though. that shit isnt gonna make you happy forever. gotta find something inside you to find some sort of permanence.
he is just spouting some religious mumbo jumbo. the most likely avenue to happiness in my opinion is probably through the personal relationships you make and the experiences associated with them.
live in the moment philosophy is just some bullshit idea that you have to continously force on yourself
