Infinity, how did you not hedge this? You got the Boys at -5.5 at -110. The spread before the game was -7 at -110. At +5.5 it would have been easily +110, throw $500 on Giants +5.5 @ +110 sit back root for the Cowboys but be Okay if the Giants cover.

ouch tough beat, but bad bet. i heard some sharps were on giants. a good rule of thumb is, if most of the public is pounding a favorite...bet the other side. i also wouldnt bet these 5 team parlays, lose far too frequently and the vig seems very large.
if you want a simpler way to try and beat sportsbetting, just bet 2 team teasers. find a couple NFL teams that are between 7-9 point favorites and tease them both to -2.5 or better at -120 or -130 (i believe its 6 points for -110, 6.5 for -120, 7 for -130, but i may be off slightly). buying the -3 and -7 wins helps quite a bit. im not sure if this is actually exploiting the books or not, but i think its very close to neutral EV, and if you pick the matchups wisely then youll maybe have an edge, rather than flushing money down the drain chasing 5 team parlays. its not fun to bet 120 to win 100 every weekend compared to possibly winning 1600, but winning 55% of the time rather than losing 97% is fun.
