I love Canada. I've seen numerous moose, deer, beavers, wtfeversmallerthings all throughout my life. However, I now live in a fairly suburban area... this surprised the hell out of me this morning.

ps. Actually, a huge beaver den about a 5 min walk from my place.. I'll take pics next time I go

in other news. Halloween. Was planning on being Superman.. but now I'm feeling too hung over/drunk to do anything. I'm probably just going to stay home and nurse this case of beer. Which is odd for me, I've been on the Rye for the last little while.

My dad used to hunt moose/deer when I was a young kid. I remember walking downstairs and seeing semi-butchered massive animals on a plastic sheeted table... blood dripping to the floor... eating very chewy stew for weeks...
Needless to say, I don't hunt. Although I can shoot an arrow like you wouldn't believe. |
