What are you investing in or is your excess money just sitting in your bank account? |

I find myself playing 1/2 since forever. I've played as high as 25/50 shortstack and 10/20 fullstack. But always lost flips or hands like AA to QQ ai pre and found myself grinding low/med stakes for a steady upswing. Everything I cash out probably won't go back in. What do you guys do with 50k-100k in the bank? |

I paid bills, bought clothes, booze, and food. Oh, and for trips.
Now I have a job, so I'm probably going to pay my student loan with anything I actually cash out - haven't played at all since getting a job though, so who knows how useful that's gonna be |

i didnt get my money from poker, but when i did i basically started with traveling, then bought a few cars, now house, then probably more cars and traveling.
But really one of the best investments is a house, only problem with that for poker players is all the ways you prove income to get a good mortgage rate and things like that, most poker players dont do or have. ( like credit cards and large taxable income ) |

Its hard to make a easy buck legally, its impossible to make a easy buck morally. | Last edit: 04/09/2014 16:01 |

Lost job in April. Decided to just have a summer of fun experiences and not bother working. Paid my rent and all bills with poker this summer. Used savings for splurging and extras. |
