but I want to be good in goals (floorball).
When I was doing bro lifting - curls bench no legs. It totally fucked me up, slow as fuck, back trouble, legs weak. I thought it'd be really boring to switch to a lower weight regime but I got used to it and feel much faster and agile too now |

no not rly I was doing max weight 3x8 reps. Had solid gains in bicep + chest but being in goals was painful as shit and it defo slowed me down.
I looked at NHL goalkeepers. Ripped but none have big muscles. A lot of em like Rask look super skinny. Upper body at least legs they got to have strong legs but they're hard to see on photos.
Lundquist does cable pulls and lunges for example, squats are done but heavy weights? I don't think so. |

And it shows, badly. I'm getting random semis in public transport. Playing poker seshs with no reason boner. I actually had a dream about watching porn last night xD
I have to go to the gym all the time to calm the fuck down cause then I have trouble sleeping if I don't.

Never lift heavy at the end of a session !
Always when u are fresh after a solid warmup.
You dont want to take on heavy stuff when your muscles might be tired allready from lots of reps with smaller weights and therefore have a high injury risk
Timewise heavy weights always before high reps !
Also only do heavy reps on excercises that u feel absolutely safe with.
You need to have perfect knowledge of what u are doing when u lift heavy. Otherwise you will injure yourself |
