It could be a bot, roommates, or a multi accounter. You might get compensated, stars is cool like that if cheating was involved.

got some money back from FTP somes times ago saying they caught someone cheating
so i guess ps will do the same
they wont give you any info tho, just gona give you X% of the money
maybe its different if someone is multiaccounting but to me its the same thing as cheating , probably in their Terms

I think in order for Stars to make the refund they have to be able to recover the money from the cheater (his account, etc.).

If the cheating accounts have spread the ill gotten gains out such that stars cannot recover any $ I am not sure that they will go out of pocket to refund damages to honest players.

This is weird, when i did that chip dumping report they told me they cant tell me anything before the investigation is over, then they could tell me the result, a week later they sent me an e-mail telling me the guys got banned

They usually just take the report and investigate it, without disclosing the result at all, obviously due to security and privacy reasons. I've gotten money back once in the past few years ago after I reported collusion, though they still didn't inform me on the action taken against the accounts, just about the fact that I was getting reimbursed.

it's almost guaranteed that the accounts were banned as a result. There are countless threads on 2+2 about people cheating trying to get their account open again, and the end result is people just saying to move to another site and not to ever cheat again.

I didn't play him in a while, but I don't play that limit much anymore
but I've seen both accounts at the tables well after the report
its endeavoor and .hostage06 btw - a Romanian dude.

Don't really know how he does it, but he must have 2 different IPs while playing from the same computer somehow, or stars would snap shut him down I assume?

Interesting, I only have hands on them both - taken from the same day. Only ~250 on .hostage, and a measly 74 on endeavoor.

Although, looks like they both play relatively lag. However, this sample size is clearly shit.

Mind you, looking back, I didn't play much that week at all (two days). The date I'm talking about is May 13

I even open tables and he blatantly sits me on various ones at the same time with both accounts in same positions.
