Not going to happen, although I do hope they qualify instead of portugal since the US has the only Icelander to play at the WC in their squad.

But looking at the general odds for the winner, 13/2 must be a steal for Spain? Have won 3 consecutive Euro/WC with not too much changes in their squad.

13/2 for spain is definitely playable, but it's not a steal. european teams have traditionally struggled outside europe (last WC was the first outside europe with european winner), mostly attributed to climate. Brazil are the biggest favorites, there are at least 4 strong candidates (imo spain germany brazil argentina) and several outsiders.. 13/2 seems like a better deal than what I've seen on average so by all means go for it, but it's understandable that Brazil gives a smaller return.

Brasil didn't look all that impressive and without that ridiculous penalty score line could have been much different.

I hated that penalty too. Awful call by the ref.
