Questione being is it good to isolate limpers with high VPIP's and to what size?

Its good, but q10s is a bit weak imo. Also when you have 2 guys behind, make it bigger imo. Or just call and see how the hand plays out.

I think this is fine in principle, but how high is high VPIP? I'm assuming we're anticipating taking this down with a cbet on the flop very often.

PF sizing is ok but i would go smaller, ~400, which achieves the isolation almost as often without putting so much of your stack at risk in case someone out of the blinds shoves. kind of depends how often you expect blinds to just call with trash.

this is 100% fine. I wouldn't go much lighter than QT sooted though.
