I had ups and downs. But since Im starting to play poker again I want to find the perfect balance. I have problems concentrating after doing some sport or physical activity (including sex). Is there any routine or training method that allows you to stay sharp for a poker session later? Even Im not in my 100% for the next day sometimes.

Also, I notice that some activities are not compatible for poker.
For example I noticed that Table tennis puts you in the mood of reacting fast without thinking too deep and I translate that to the table, which is like tilting. If I do something like bouldering I work a lot of small painfull fibers but dont drain all my energy becouse my forearm gets tired first. Also the moves are more controlled, so I can sustaing a poker session with that mindset.

Im overthinking too much and just have to give up the games and rest?
What do you think? What's the best sport/activity to combine in a poker lifestyle and why?

Another plan is just train super hard for a year until all my tiredness of a physical session becomes muscular only

Any physical exercise and sport will be also good for the brain. Just make sure you don't use stimulants like pre-workouts or caffeine just so you don't have a crash when it's time to play poker.

Maybe play poker first then do other activities.

ye you are overthinking man excercise's good under any circumstance. Just make sure you regenarate well e.g. Sauna/massage. When tired just go for a power nap and when you really destroy yourself just drop down limits or go to bed early and play next day

I would say just make sure to do a solid warm-up as outlined in TMGP before playing. This allows you to "reframe" your thought process to one that will be useful/productive towards your goal of playing well.
I find a 20-30 min walk between work/life shit helps clear my head before playing.

I do some street workout with old school parkour guys and get destroyed. But if I dont train for a few days I see myself doing pushups, jumps or punching the wall for every mistake I do at the table

I play/train with competitive players from the lowest rankings. But I play for fun (no tournaments)

routine, yes mate you need a SOLID diet first and foremost.

Focus on getting enough anti oxidants, nutrients, balance of carbs, protein and fibre in your diet.

If you want the best from poker, you need to fuel your body correctly. If eat crap, your going to feel crap and you wont be your best during your end game in tournaments.

I jumped on Juice Plus+ about 2 months ago, changed my life completly. More energized, fast recovery from sports, more focused and needing less sleep. Even just from feeling good is making me super productive. The products have so many benefits, there have been some huge testimonies. Company has been going 20 years making billions in profit, so you would have nothing to worry about, its huge in the US and growing massively over here in the UK.

I have alot of physical issues myself and my poker routine was just crippling me even more. Now Im on Juice Plus+, I feel so much better, my chronic fatigue has gone and I am able to exercise most days due to all this energy.

Get in touch with me if you want any info, happy to help anyone who wants to be healthier. You cant live off soda, chips and fatty foods forever...whats the point in being wealthy if your unhealthy which can stop you from enjoying it???

Swimming is easily the best. Its second best to meditation. Except most people meditate wrong which is really bad for them, where swimming can't harm you (if you don't do too much).

just playing live poker for fun
