Villain is 23/20 over 270 hands. I know I should probably have bet more on every street, but I thought that could still easily shove the river, but then came one of the worst rivers for me, would it be likely that he would slowplay a set or a two pair type hand (like qj) here? Should I get it in or just c/f?

Considering how draw heavy the board was, wouldn't have he raised you with set/2 pairs? Im pretty sure he would. Worse won't call you, so just c/c imo.

Try stoving this for starters.

I think river is a c/f. because of deepness he will be reluctant to raise JT or JQ here and there are no flush draws.

If he shoves the river its for value, which means Jx or fh. We block AJ/KJ a lot. If he has KQ or AQ or anything else he will sigh relieved and just check. For him to bluff river he should be turning a made hand into a bluff and ppl just dont do that at nl10 deep.

so yeah stove it ;d

In order to beat microlimits your gonna have to valuebet very thin, so this is an easy shove.

Pretty sure alot of the nl10 'regs' have a decent enough understanding to know not to raise sets or 2pair on that flop. Its not 2008

nl10 surely has regs, $5/hr may seem like a LOL hourly but it's above average in eastern europe.

back in 2008, the minimum limit to play was 25nl T_T

There is a reason why they still are at nl10.

The question isnt really if he can slowplay 2p or sets (he can) but how many combos of those there are, if we count in JT and QJ offsuit thats 19 combos, if only suited its 9, since people are apparently super solid at nl10 these days lets say somewhere in between with 13. With how big the pot is if he calls with as little as 4 or 5 worse combos we are still +EV on our shove(imo its gonna be more than 4-5) and the only higher EV play is potentially a c/f but only if we expect him to check back and let us win a whole lot and never shove himself with worse, since he can potentially shove AJ,KJ,J9,89 or some random bluff I think thats out of the question. Basically long rant short when the pot is so big relative to stacks left you are making money on your shove even if you get called by better more often than not, if you have position then it just becomes a simple he needs to call with equal or more worse hands to bet, otherwise check back.

I think you guys would be surprised. Most micros use huds, post frequently on 2+2 forums. prob could hang at 100nl back in 2008. Ill have to check some of the micros out, before i fully support my position.

lol, he has 10eur left in a 20eur pot. He can easily had slowplayed AA or KK if you put him on a supertight call3b range. Shove here
