I haven't laughed this hard in days.

I'm not gonna read the article, but I could see this happening in places where it's really crowded with people and not a lot of jobs available.

If all the jobs are taken up, then you can ask for people to have whatever qualifications you want. Kinda like when people try to price gouge during certain times. They have a few things that people aren't able to attain, so they ask much more for those items.

Also, this could be a tactic against brown-skinned minorities.

Wish I could've gone, but the inheritance I was supposed to get never went to me. I think I'd do an associates in culinary, shouldn't be more than 5k at the community college near me.
