LP Meetup/Ideas Conference/Whateveryouwanttocallit

Hey Guys,

So, iop. and I had some drinks over the weekend and while logistics were not ideal it was a blast. We thought it would be cool to try to set up some LP meetup, reunion, fun, whatever type of thing(s). Whether that's seeing a lot of amazing people I haven't seen in a bit or meeting new people it's always an extremely positive experience. Just wanted to get the ball rolling on here, get some ideas flowing, maybe brainstorm some possibilities. This could be anything from "Hey, I'm in x city, let's grab some drinks at x bar and shoot the shit on x day" to "Yeah man, let's all chip in and throw a kick ass party in Vegas this Summer." Thoughts?

That's certainly a thought. Might end up being by yourself for that meetup but at least you'll have some good lube and hopefully access to LP's very own "boob thread." That probably goes under the "Whateveryouwanttocallit" section. Personally, would be rooting for you to find a match and this thread to be a success in 2 posts.

I've been meaning to make a member location thread for awhile, but I couldn't remember the websites I used back in the day that looked like a Google map and pinpointed every members location on the map.

An idea of where everyone lives would be a good first step in doing future meet ups.

Good idea. Had fun in 2009 in vegas where:

I met: jlost88, marshall, neilly woodbrave, mipwnya and his bro whos in the wsop ft

I saw cosmo saki milkman northface pinball k204 etc

Was a pretty good experience overall when one travels far like i did

i'd be up for a meet in Thailand, i know a lot of people go there and am considering going for there for a few months in feb.

I'm down for Vegas @ WSOP but I'll have to somehow make 40k by then

I've met: the hansens, gumster, pinball, Balzamon, MasterofLaw, soah, fazi, luna_bluffgood, locoo, RiKD.

It's probably important that we meet up somewhere where someone has contacts that can get everyone into the club.
