don't know answers to all of these but 1A: not really fan of bluffing turn at micros in a vacuum unless we pick up equity i.e. if we have AQ w/a heart firing heart/K/T turn or something.
1B/C: certainly start by betting all of them as default, alternate lines like c-c 3x with the less vulnerable hands (QQ+) or bet-check-check or whatever definitely can have more value vs some people but vacuum play is bet, and usually bet any turn card below your pair. beyond that there's obviously some trickier turn/river scenarios, but not sure what correct "default" play is for all of them, just that it usually comes down to reads. for ex. vs some players it's correct to fire Ah turn w/TT even though it's not exactly clear whether it's a v-bet or bluff, but the EV of taking the initiative is just higher than checking. vs other players Ah turn is super easy c-f w/TT. (btw how do we know they're "standard" if they're unknown?)
2A: b-b-b w/TT
2B: don't have to 3-barrel after betting flop and i think it's kind of spewy with no reads...but i could be out of touch with the dynamics these days. but yeah....
