I have a couple of questions about this hand. Is the call PF rigth? Should I've bet the flop? Raise the turn? Is my call right on river?

Read: I've steal a lot in this game and got 3bet a couple of time by that player. I feel like he's taking a stand.

im a huge nit with kjo and lower in 3b pot as i dont like to be dominated and theres no fd/backdoor fd potemtial. If he 3bets a lot including random ax and scs the call is fine as is the line as you get max value from air and its unlikely ull get 3strts of value

A lot of weak players only 3-bet AA-QQ/AK/AQ. Some people will only 3-bet AA. Some people 3-bet 40% of hands(rare, because they go broke fast). Etc.

My point is, until you KNOW FOR A FACT your opponent is 3-betting light, this is an auto fold, because a range of AA/KK/AK/etc destroys KJ.

If you know he is doing this with weaker hands than KJ, calling the 3-bet and stacking off when you hit top pair is fine.

yeh in general the call preflop is wrong here - however once you hit this flop its standard obviously well played post flop

poker is soooo much easier when you flop sets

preflop call is not wrong here lol.

Take his 3B %, and drag it on stove, equilab whatever, and then put in KJ, and see how much equity you got vs his range, if the equity is okay, call, and proceed. (Cba to go check, but we probably dont have what need to call vs something around 4-6%, so anything over it gets better and better, vs 8,5% or more it's easy call).

On the flop, look at his aggression, if he's passive in general, we want to get value from all queens, maybe TT, 99, JJ

We also want to bet to get call from gutshots and straight draws

So we bet, the size u make it depends on villains stats, if he's got shitty stats, we make it bigger, if he's normal ish, make it normal ish lol.

On turn, bet a size u think a Q can call, or check, take it on the river, for deception, I think either line is fine.

so if we call pre we are call-call-calling on this board vs this said player. otherwise we fold pf.

I think goose58 had it right, autofold unless you have some reliable data on the villain.

Nl 4 kjo is an autofold vs a 3bet. Not the limit to play the hand period. Unless u have deep hist or info already this kind of hand hurts ur climb to higher stakes

He did play well after the flop though. Actually, could he bet there?
