spots to raise w/ blockers?

So I have blockers in both of these hands, and I tank mainly considering considering bluff-raising but also just calling. I ended up just folding both which I wasn't too happy about. Villain 1 is over-aggro and sometimes tilty, and he's certainly tilting at this moment. His pot sized cbet means nothing as he cbets a lot and its always pot-sized. Villain 2 is a reg, no significant reads.

hand nr1 I like muck, it's not the kind of spot we want to have against steaming fish, probably too many light reshoves and peels in his range.

hand nr2 I like raise, my reason being there shouldnt be too many sets or 97 hands in his utg open. But still if you raise you should prepare for making a river bet too quite often.
edit. sry just checked on stack sizes, and they are pretty awkward, I think muck nr 2 too :/

I'm not a specialist but
1) fold pre , as played fold
2) fold. he won't fold big draw / 2pair+

you don't want to discuss preflop but it looks like a huge mistake to me , and given your description hand 1 could be a call turn.

in nowadays dynamics, unless ure a sick sick nit (ie you always get credit with your rare bluffs), youre better off bluffin with strong blockers, ie blockers that block both straights, in the hands posted you only block the nutstr8.
In hand1 im not sure u can cc flop (like if u cc that flop u prob have to do sth on that turn, leadin bein way superior to CRin, and yet not bein very good)
in hand2 pf 3bet is obv very bad (esp readless) and flop check back too since we have to fold all the turns, except Q,6,hearts (possibly kings but with the SPR its not that easy to bluff if villain bets into us)

Yeah I agree with the c/c and check back being bad if I'm not bluffing turns somehow. Villain 1 I wouldn't quite classify as a fish, I think he's just an over-aggro player on tilt. Both villains are capable of folding 2pair but I'm not sure if they will.
