Villain is a weak player playing 51/15 over 261 hands. His EP call 2Bet is 100% and he calls after limping 86%(6/7) of the time. His first-in raise is 11% (not sure how it isn't 0 if he is calling 2Bets 100% from EP, but let's just say he does raise some hands from EP, but limps with almost any2). His AFQ is 40%. He folds to flop CBets 45% of the time (13/29).
I have no other relevant information on villain. What are your thoughts on this river spot?

can't feel happy about it though, I don't hate a fold.

I felt the same way when analysing the hand. I think calling is better, because we gain information and it's early in the session.

There is no such thing as certainty in life, only opportunity.
