$1 PLO peeling light against a weak player

Villain is a weak player with whom I haven't played with much. Over 73 hands he's playing 41/10. No other reads.
BB is an aggressive regular running at 35/28 with a squeeze of 19 (3/16) over 170 hands. His CB in single raised pots is 88 (14/16) and in 3BPs 50 (4/8).
Is my play here too marginal?

I'd just put the turnspot into some omaha calculator and see what happens. I assume it's ok vs most but never a huge +ev spot.

I guess I wasn't really worried about the turn equity so much. Without running sims I'd be suprised if we didn't have the required 35% to shove the turn. I also think he can be bluffing some of the time with his bet sizing (5-10%). I was more concerned with the flop situation as the preflop aggressor could still shove over my call. Thanks for your input guys.
