try to find out what his flop minraise tells you about his hand range in this spot. then plan ahead... I don't know about his range here really but most likely the solution is a simple value plan - 3b flop large so that you can shove the turn |

just like jeffv8x_-_16 already said I think betting the flop bigger is also important to this hand. It's a very drawy board and you can get alot of calls if you bet big... makes the pot much bigger for future bets and streets which means more value
as a standard you can plan on pot/pot/shove -ish lines here (depends on your reads though and the runout of the board)
as played I b/f 1/4 pot or so on the river |
