UTG is probably a recreational player. Over 560 hands he is playing 25/11. His raise first in from MP is 15%. His 4Bet-ratio is 2%.
The BTN is potentially a regular, playing 40/25 with a BTN 3Bet of 15%(4/27) over 342 hands.

Yea, I was thinking flatting too. Shoving doesn't look too great, but folding seems weak/too tight.
