MMA is just a sick sport with outlandish expectations from fans. Training is very brutal and injury prone. I would not be surprised if the UFC starts losing money real soon coz honestly UFC fans are very impatient and critical (myself included obv)

I'm rooting for Vera to win, but I'd never put any money on him vs. a top 7 opponent. He's a gatekeeper at best, and probably did better years ago at heavyweight cuz heavyweights have less skill and the heavyweight scene was soft back when he was considered a rising prospect, although I didn't see his earlier fights when people thought he was good.

I have a problem with the fuckfaces who 'boo' for an entire event that they decided to purchase
without researching its potential.

Would anyone do this after they bought tickets to see some bands? No, they would be escorted out of the area.

We're all sheep, people will keep watching MMA as long as they market it well. We dont have anything else to do in the world except to be entertained and be amused (distracted). While those ultra rich fucks suck the life out of all of us like vampires.

I'm guessing Faber didn't go hard for a take down because he had even more of a disadvantage on the ground not to mention Barao's defense was too much (and you also have to factor in all the leg kicks he took). I was expecting him to, though.

Faber hasn't tried to use his wrestling for a long, long time. Don't know why there were so many people ITT referring to him as a wrestler.

He used to be a wrestler when he was dominate. He fell in love with his striking 4-5 years ago though.

Not saying that would of had any effect on the fight. Haven't watched it yet so can't comment.
