I am easily swayed cos I dont have any attatchment on these fighters. And FYI I like Faber to win this. I almost agreed to your argument about Faber until I saw clips of Barao. He is quick and very athletic and for Faber to win this cos 'he doesnt lose #1 contender fights'. That is dumb. Yes dumb.
Also when sportsbooks put a line out there, I tend to give weight to that cos obviously they see something that you dont. A sportsbook is a business, do you think they'd give you an edge?
That said, I think Faber has a chance cos he could knock this guy out given a clean shot (if he's lucky). If Faber didnt have that knockout power, he has lesser of a chance than he does now.

Not a walk in the park for Faber given how some people think how good he is. This Barao could be another Silva or Jones for all we know. We'll see. A part of me wants to see Cruz vs Barao for the belt.
Obviously I'm not taking Faber just because he doesn't lose #1 contender fights, that comment is like saying "I take the black guy over the white guy to win the boxing match", it's just a given.

was originally on barao in this fight. started liking faber more but now im back on barao. i think hes just too good for faber. in a 3 round fight i think barao is like -250 here, 5 round is def closer. im just gonna avoid betting it cause i dont have a strong feeling and i see lots of guys on each side. but one of the guys i respect the most is strong on barao and i trust him a lot

Watching sports in your computer is just lol here cos internet is too slow for streaming. I only do that if I dont have a choice.
Yeah feels like it. But sometimes it feels like Faber. Faber is +171 at Pinnacle, very tempting.

I'm not saying the same Barao who fought Pickett will also show up to fight Faber, but, if he fights Faber like he did against Pickett, it will be an easy win for Faber.
Betting on Faber especially if he's the underdog is a good bet.
Looked like Barao pretty much owned this fight. I think his build/frame will cause some problems for Faber's game plan with all else being equal. I haven't seen Barao much, but I'd say Faber is a better athlete and that will make the difference. Seems like an easy bet on Faber.
