it was a pretty awesome ep and i'm loving the season so far. except lol walter is beyond ridiculously greedy and you can clearly see that he can't give up on it because he has no other purpose in life and he lost his family because of it all so he feels committed to it.

That was some unreal escape by Walter

Loved the ep as well, I did squint my eyes when he burned off that plastic thingy when he was caught. How come he didn't do it a few cm to the left, or right on his hand, instead of right on top of all the veins?

I thought the escape was pretty fucking stupid, too MacGyver'y. If he had simply caught the coffee pot and smashed it for something sharp I would have been satisfied.

I think Mike has a lot of contempt for Walt and he thinks him weak and more of an idea man

No foldKK has a point. Mike is too smart and experienced not to recognize how smart and experienced Walt is. He should never think a plastic zip tie would subdue him.

in a review that i read, they stated that this is just a way to express that Walt would take whatever it takes to accomplish what he wants, even if that means hurting himself

Yeah the escape seemed a bit too elaborate...I'm sure he could have broken one of his lenses, or used the arms of the glasses or part of his watch to make a cutting implement....

I thought they made it pretty clear he was trying to get the coffee pot and then it rolled too far away so he had to think of something that not any ordinary clown would know/think of.

I keep thinking his relationship with his wife is salvageable but she is just such a bitch it makes me think walter would be a dum-dum to put it all back together. He should stop donking around and kill her before she kills him.

I am amazed by this. Walt is like the worst person on the show why would she want to get back with him

As much as I think Ted is a total wanker she's still better off with his broke, paralyzed ass than with Walt

I really hope Skyler dies. Realistically, her reaction to him is 100% justified but for me, as a viewer of a TV show, she is just a whiny, annoying bitch that needs to die. I really hope she gets killed during this season.
