$1 PLO preflop decision w/ KK9Ass

I perceive UTG to be a mediocre LAG. He's running at 36/24 over 1303 hands. His PFR from EP is 29. I perceive MP to be a mediocre reg as well. He runs at 24/15 with a 3B of 5 and a 3B of 2 from MP (1/41) over 1933 hands. I have a note on MP that he might be 3Bing me a little wider than his stats might suggest out of the blinds vs my steals.
What do you think about this spot?

I guess 4bet is not good. You can just call and play for set or some flop that hits you hard, unless UTG has a very high 4b %, which i highly doubt.

If UTG, somehow, has a very high 4b, can't we call and be happy when he 4bets and utg1 flats, and we shove over?

But, as you said, doesn't really seem likely his 4b is that high, more of a "what if".

just pitch it
