I just got through Game of Thrones and Doctor Who. What other good TV shows are around?

True blood? Isn't that geared towards teenage girls' image of vampires?

Also I havent heard of half of these shows, lol. Should be fun checking them out!

LOST season 1 and 2 are really good, stop watching the show after that though.

Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers is my fav.

Sherlock (British version) = 10/10 show. Can't believe how good the writing is. There's two seasons so far.

Suits = 9/10. Very entertaining.

The wire, best show ever made.

It's on the chickish side, but it's an HBO shows and as an HBO connessieur (sp?) I think it is one of their better shows. Also check out the Sopranos, Deadwood, Rome, Oz, Boardwalk Empire, and also can't forget about Flight of the Conchords. All are absolutely phenomenal shows.

Parks and recs, battlestar galactica, Sherlock, flight of the chonchords to name a few that haven't been mentioned as much.

The next few have been mentioned and rightfully so: breaking bad, wire, sopranos, boardwalk empire, mad men

Still enjoyble but could have been so much better: walking dead (s2 lolwut?)

I liked The Unit but it was campy as shit with pretty low production values.

I stopped watching after the island flew away or disappeared or something
the symbology was too great and I suspect the writers original story line was co-opted

the new HBO show Newsroom is damn good.
