Nobody is saying he wasnt ahead of his time or that he wouldnt be good if he trained modern techniques, but he is simply no match for an MMA fighter with his current knowledge, he had the right idea but obviously isnt ready he would get wrestled fucked by any so-so wrestler.

Edit: Bruce Lee would evolve as a fighter too. So I dont think he would get wrestled that easily. Just imagine him alive right now in his prime and wants to train and fight at MMA. Do you think a guy like that will 'just lose'?? He'll be training as hard as fuck.

bruce lee is the person Anderson Silva aspires to be, and people say he'd do just ok?. i think he'd be pretty bad ass with conditioning, sick discipline and powerful striking. not saying he'd just bulldoze everyone in his weight class but won't just be any gatekeeper for sure.

I gotta agree. But you have to admit Sonnen made a good job getting under Silva's skin with all the trash talking and insults. Will this make Silva emotional and fight worse than he usually does? Maybe. But one thing's for sure, somewhere out there in Brazil he is psyching himself that this is THE fight. It is not about the title or the UFC anymore. This is not about the sport. This is martial combat. When Silva gets out there he will be in a mindset not to win, he will be out there to kill. Sonnen just unleashed something in Silva that will show what he's really capable of.
I wouldnt be surprised if steroid boy Sonnen wont show up for this fight. They might say he got 'injured' but actually he is going home with his tail between his legs.

Well, I said I wanted "original" odds. I couldn't find the original odds, so I chose the odds Bilat took, which I think is reasonable. If you're willing to give me +255, you shouldn't have a problem with +295.
