haven't read the posts carefully, but from brief glances I haven't noticed anyone bring this up - the toxicology from the infamous 'zombie-eating' fiasco came in, and apparently the only 'drug' in the persons system was pot. So yes, I think critical thinkers would agree that it was absolutely a media attention-grabbing situation that numerous bodies tried to involve themselves in. After all, that is how these organizations make money.

Now, I'm not condoning these bath salts at all (never tried em. nor have anyone I know - and I won't, cuz, it scared me too heh) - but I think it's safe to assume that the media intentionally hyped up the whole situation for their own reasons.

As a quick aside, LSD is in fact a very safe drug. Surprisingly, extremely so. It's very strange to think of, but again, the media tries to portray it with people having acid flash-backs, crashing planes. Murdering recklessly. Eating poodles (ya, a bit extreme, obv. but you get my drift).

I didn't really follow your chameleon theory, or reptiles, or wtfever it was, but judging from responses in numerous threads, you do truly believe this? I dunno if this is a legitimate statement, or if you're poking fun at yourself in an attempt to 'lighten up' your earlier theories? Either way, I completely support critical, 'outside-the-box' thinking (hell, wish more people exercised it), but sometimes people get so caught up in that act itself, that they actually become obsessed and refuse to even listen to simple reason. In not so many words, people automatically become paranoid of everything, and believe everything has an ulterior motive.

What? I've heard of dogs on lsd, i've never heard of a person eating a dog being blamed on lsd.

that might have sounded a bit condescending - sorry if so. don't mean to insult. but yeah, once again, there's no use trying to debate anything on this forum. everyone has their opinion, and no matter what people say, won't change it (possibly with a very few rare exceptions).
