hero poker software update making HEM not work?

For anyone that plays on hero poker there was a recent major update to the software about a week ago. Ever since then my HEM has been failing to access the hands I play and I can't review my sessions. Additionally, the HUD displays don't show up on the tables. Anyone else had this same problem and know how to fix it?

didn't CEODAVE say that their software was getting a massive over-haul over a year ago?

the software is much smoother nicer and better, played a few mtts there last sunday

after i downloaded the update the new software tilted the fuck out of me so i gave up on trying to join games and clicked the new blackjack option.

not a good choice imo

the filters for mtts and the mtt lineup is really gud now

it was a mergewide update. the individual skins have small control over what the network decides id imagine.

but the new update sucks imo. there are some cleaner things about the interface, but i actually liked the old one way better

I like their old version better too, didn't see anything wrong with it. it was simple and effective and I don't like seeing the chat box either.

it used to be some much better OMG. harder to multitable and i can't get those mini tables anymore....

merge update sucks balls and HEM does not work on the BBJ tables .... wat the fuck did they do with it... lobby is worse since you cant see who is currently sitting in the tables ... makes me sad

this is my biggest gripe as well. notes are also tougher to access, have to right click instead of just double clicking

The entire update has been a well documented cluster fuck on a lot of levels;
it was actually planned for last year, but development got pushed back due to a lot of issues in the industry, i.e. Black Friday.

This entire year has been difficult to say the least and I do support the upgrade; the bigger picture is that there is clear divide between the so/so software and the leading industry standards. The network is taking a shot at it, and while again, it has been a clusterfuck and at this point we're all pretty committed to making it work.

But for the record, updates are happening week on week.

anyone having problems with lag? i was up in canada for a few weeks and figured it owuld be better by now but its still unplayable. keep getting disc'ed

It's gone through a number of updates and for the most part considered stable now including lag issues;
I think you're going to have to delete and completely re-install it, but you shouldn't keep getting disconnected at this point.

ok uninstalled+deleted, redownloaded, lets gooooooooo, time to get to level 200


edit: working great now, been no lag 20+ minutes into session

2nd edit: never mind, jinxed it, stopped working well ugh
