CO-- 20k (pretty much the best plo player at commerce plays 70/30/6 fr in this 6 handed gm playing 80/70/5-7 3b % never folds to any 3bets pre in this gm.

He views me as a tag I have been 3 betting him a lot more in the last 1hr.

He opens 110 I 3bet 310 /w Ah Qd Th 8s he calls, flop As Js 5h checked to me

1. check back, he will bomb any turn/river
2. Bet, he does float oop but he will also c/r flops with a good frequency

would like to see what line you guys take before posting what happen.

bet and call a c/r, play turn.

I bet 485 he c/r's 1590 if we take the b/c line hes betting 100% of turns, so are we playing our hand as the nuts on a brick turns if he pots.

then hes a fish and u should chk behind this hand, and stack him with strong holdings on the turn.

from my experience, guys like this are extremely savvy and have individualized strategies for each person in the game. whenever they recognize a good player they basically stay out of their way and show some monkeying vs others in the game to try to get the good player to play bad vs him. they play a ton of hands which seems bad but most of it is in big multiway pots or heads up with guys they can steamroll.

What's the difference between trying to do what you are suggesting (which seems like quite an elaborate gameplan that might even backfire more than it helps) and just not making any base assumptions about how a player might play against you until you actually play a hand with him?
