yeah it feels more productive and i feel more capable
i don't think its the abstaining itself that makes me feel that way but it certainly provides practical advantages that would allow for that, such as more time. also, when your in the process of achieving something difficult i think it gives you a better mindset in general.
i also feel more confident and i have noticed i have less anxiety - personally, i'm convinced this is because of abstaining, but who knows for sure. is everything just a placebo? i doubt it

Well I didn't go 2 days without fapping since I was 15 It's a new experience. Even when I had a gf :D

And I'd do a porn sesh like 1-2x per day every day on average last couple years, the time spent adds up.
