I believe my image to be tight and straight forward at this point. Villain is a regular running at 35/29/5 with a 3b of 22 over 127 hands. The blinds are very weak players with low 3b percentages.
I'm unsure whether I should be stacking off here or not. I have no reason to believe that I have a lot of fold equity based off of my perception of villain at this point.
It seems difficult for him to have a lot of legit hands here expect for 99xx. All input is appreciated.

Not even close .

You're beating all draws, he could easily stack off with top 2 pair and shit which you do ok against and there's already a whole bunch of dead money in the pot. Basically when there's dead money in the pot, NFD is usually good to go and in this case you probably have some extra outs.
