Liquibet: Quarter-finals bets are up!

Will Brazil beat the Netherlands? Will the Argentinian team avenge the loss of four years ago by the feet of the Germans? Besides these matches we will also see some cool battles such as Paraguay vs Spain and Uruguay vs Ghana.

The matches are already up on our Liquibet page, and it's time for you to make your picks! We have a fierce dispute for the $250 first prize, as just four points separates the leaders of Liquibet, sTrAtO and Drakk, from 20th place Ztrider! Former leader Bigbobm is still in contention with 48 points. Cray0ns, who also occupied 1st place in the earlier rounds, is lagging behind with 44 and will need a miracle to get close to the top. Our own Liquid`Meat is also running good and is in good shape with 49 points. Picking the right teams plus a bit of luck will put him in a good spot.

Note that all Quarter-final matches are worth 4 points, twice as many as the bets from the last round. Every pick has a lot of value now, and just a single wrong bet can cost you the title. Make sure you make a quick analysis before picking your favorites and have fun watching the games!

i mentioned meat but he wont win it, he starts the next round with -4 as he bet on netherlands vs brazil

Ghana - Uruguay and Germany - Argentina were the hardest picks for me.

Since I missed the two opening games (as well as who proceeds from group A) and missed the two first round of 16, i'm lagging behind. Should have had 48 at least!!

So I'm gonna go for the upsets now!
