A big month for Patrik Antonius, who had been doing really well during 2009 so far. He played the most hands of the winning players (also because of his heads-up challenge against Tom "durrrr" Dwan) and made the biggest profit:$2.162.752,33 ! His yearly profits are over 5 million dollars right now! Second on the list is Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies. The fearless Finnish pro (he even took part in the Finnish version of Fear Factor) did an excellent job earning over 1.6 million dollar! With Phil Ivey and Di Dang (Urindanger), the top 4 spots are quite familiar faces. One of the biggest absents is Luke "__FullFlush1__" Schwartz, who played a few live tournaments instead, we will see him back in next month's report.

Also some familiar faces amongst the biggest losers: Phil "OMGClayAiken" Galfond was the player losing the most during April. After just 6495 hands, he was down $-1.635.112,69! Sami "LarsLuzak" Kelopuro lost about half that. David Benyamine (MR B 2 U SON), Tom "durrrr" Dwan and Gus Hansen have also seen better months... For Gus, this is a bit of a surprise. Against all expectations he was one of the biggest winners of the first months of the year, but now his profit seems to be slowly depleting. However, he is still up 1.7 million for 2009 and played most hands out of all high stake players (even more than Dwan)!

That actually happened during the first days of May I think, so you'll see that reflected in next month's report (Dwan up 1 million, Gus down 1 million so far I think).
