CEREUS is officially launched

Exactly four months after the initial announcement was made to the public, the project became reality: Absolute Poker and UltimateBet have finally merged to form CEREUS Poker Network!

Poker rooms Absolute Poker and UltimateBet will continue to exist separated, but their players will share the same tournament, SNG and cash tables. CEREUS managers have also promised that the security of the new network will receive special treatment. They put a lot of emphasis on that subject on the website of both poker rooms. Their concern about security was definitely expected, as the infamous scandals of super-users at both AbsolutePoker and UltimateBet is still alive in the customers' memories.

lol I seriously don't believe this. They changed nothing and then bought pokertracker to see if anyone is superusing on the completely unchanged systems riddled with superuser accounts. Yet this would only catch a superuser who was as idiotic as the last lot. This is tilting me hardcore.

What I am curious about is how this affects my rakeback at that site. I used to have rakeback on ABS poker, and I hope it's still there for the new merged site. In all likelihood it is though.
