Cutsss reaches EPT Warsaw FT

Let's celebrate my friends ! Another one of our guys, <b>Ludovic "Cutsss" Lacay</b> has just final tabled the third edition of the EPT Warsaw. He is one of the nine players who overcame the remaining field of 217 players and will try to take down his first EPT title. Cutsss has played in EPT tournaments before, and up until now his best result is an 11th place finish at the EPT Dublin during the last season. We are sure he will do better now! Good luck Sir!

The day before the final table, aka Day 3, started with 24 players trying to get a place among the final 9. Right at the beginning of the day, Cutsss found himself in a pretty bad situation. He open-shoved with and was called by Juan Manuel Pastor, who had him covered. Pastor turned up a pair of Aces. A lot of help from the board and Cutsss managed to suck out the spanish with three-of-a-kind Deuces. The outcome of that hand was obviously crucial, as Cutsss is now fighting for the title, while Pastor was eliminated during the day.

The chip leader going into the final table is the italian <b>Dario Minieri</b>, who is having an awesome year and won his first WSOP bracelet just a few months ago. Minieri has 359,500 chips, what puts him just slightly ahead of Sergey Shcherbatskiy and Nico Behling, who have almost 350k chips as well.

Apart from those guys and Cutsss, the final will feature strong contenders like <b>Joao Barbosa</b>, from Portugal, who holds 123,000 chips and is a professional poker player representing Team Unibet. The french <b>Arnaud Mattern</b>, who was a professional backgammon player, is also among the finalists, with 238k chips. Mattern is looking for his second EPT title, as he was the champion of the EPT Prague event of the last season. They are all fighting for a first prize worth of <b>€367,141</b>!
