rS.Wisdom finishes 2nd in Sunday Million!

With 1.5 million guaranteed each week, the Sunday Million is the biggest weekly tournament on the net. This week, there were 7999 players participating making the prize pool just under 1.6 million in this $200+$15 event. Amongst them was rS.Wisdom a 21-year old American who frequently views and posts on Liquidpoker. He started as one of the shortstacks on the final table, as you can see on the following picture:

When he put the only shorter stack at that time, RiverCardRob, all-in, he was looking at the classic coinflip with his pocket queens against Rob's . Unfortunately the came on the flop, but a gave rS.Wisdom just the card he needed to add a large piece to his stack. Not much later, he also knocked out orkim, when he put his money on the river of a showing aces after he got called with pocket 8's.

When he gets heads-up with kesher79, the latter has a small chiplead, 48,606,757 chips against rS.Wisdom's 31,383,243. Unfortunately for Wisdom, it only lasted 7 hands. The final hand started with a preflop raise from kesher79, followed by a call from rS.Wisdom. The flop gets check-called by Wisdom and the on the turn had the same action and when kesher79 pushes all-in after another check from rS.Wisdom, it gets called and we see an unfortunate showdown to this 58 million pot (kesher has 21mln more): for rS.Wisdom giving him 2 pair is not enough against the quads deuces for kesher79, who wins this Sunday Million.
