New LP server

We have switched to a way faster server now, hopefully that will save us from the many laggy moments we experienced lately.

Seems that everything went smooth, but it's likely that we got some new bugs that we didn't find during testing. Post them here: http://www.liquidpoker.net/poker-forum/578606/1/New_server_bugs.html and we can solve them.
