<img src="http://www.liquidpoker.net/staff/Raidern/scottynguyen.jpg" align="right" style="margin:5px; border: 1px solid black;">24 players started the 4th day of competition in the $50k HORSE event, but only 8 would end the day alive. Sadly for us, <b>James "Mig" Mackey</b> wasn't among them. We all knew it would be a long way to the final table, as Mig started the 4th day with the 3rd smallest stack, and ended up being the 3rd eliminated of the day. Three hands had a big role on Mig's elimination in the day. When the game was Stud, he got crippled to only 52,000 chips when Ralph Perry, in a 3way pot, made Mig and Berman fold. A bit after that he doubled up, still playing Stud, to 105,000. His final hand was played on Omaha-8, and his elimination came by the hands of Farzad Bonyadi:
Mig raised preflop with and was reraised by Farzad Bonyadi, who had . Mig called all in, the board was , Bonyadi won the high pot with a pair of aces and the low one with 7-5-3-2-A.

Other great players eliminated were: Phil Ivey, who finished 12th and did an awesome job after starting the day as 2nd smallest stack; Doyle Brunson, who barely survived the bubble to take his 2nd ITM finish in the HORSE event; Andy Bloch (15th) and Daniel Negreanu (13th). The final table bubble boy was Ralph Perry, he finished 9th for a prize of $177,600.
We can say the day was awesome to two great players: Chipleader <b>Erick Lindgren</b> (<i>pic to the left</i> and <b>Scotty Nguyen</b> (<i>pic to the right</i> . They two have together more chips than the rest of the players combined. Both of them are in the lead with over 3.5 million chips, while the 3rd is Barry Greenstein with 1.9 million chips. Day 3 chipleader Michael DeMichele also made it to the final table. As of now, we are at the 22nd level of play and the blinds are 25k/50k.
Take a look at the final table:
Seat 1: Matt Glantz - 1,445,000
Seat 2: Huck Seed - 1,200,000
Seat 3: Patrick Bueno - 695,000
Seat 4: Lyle "Waldorf" Berman - 1,430,000
Seat 5: Scotty Nguyen - 3,535,000
Seat 6: Barry Greenstein - 1,955,000
Seat 7: Michael DeMichele - 905,000
Seat 8: Erick Lindgren - 3,680,000
<b>Curious facts</b>: Greenstein repeated David Singer's feat and became the 2nd man to make back-to-back final tables at this event. Last year he finished 7th. Seven out of the eight finalists have more than 1 million in tournament winnings, and five out of the eight have won at least one WSOP bracelet. If we extend to the players who finished in the money, we have 35 bracelets combined.
