How to Qualify for the Rafa Dream Day
There are Rafa Dram Day freerolls running five times a day, plus $1.10 qualifiers available on the hour, every two hours, from September 24-October 21. The winner of each freeroll and the top three players in each $1.10 qualifier will win a seat in the Rafa Dream Day Final.

You can find the qualifiers listed in the PokerStars software under 'Tourney' > 'All'.

The Rafa Dream Day Final takes place October 21 at 12:00 ET. The winner will be awarded the prize package, and get to meet Rafa in Majorca, Spain. The prize will include flights and accommodation for winners along with all meals and refreshments during the trip. All players finishing in places 2-31 will also win signed baseball caps!

We don't, and please stop exaggerating. In last 3 months there were exactly 3 posts about promotions on PokerStars (this, reload bonus for WCOOP and RedSpadeOpen tournament).

If you are not interested in promotions like this, your choice. However, there is a ton of people who play micro/low stakes and are happy to hear about a promotion. This applies to regular players as well, as a lot of people use stuff like reloads or aim to play more during milestone hand promo period.

Our freerolls were made exclusive to people who registered through our links mostly because we wanted to avoid 5,000 players signing up for a tournament that was supposed to be low-profile Lp.net memebers only (yes, this happened before). We've run them only password protected before and it was almost impossible to keep private, even when we used extensive methods (minimum number of posts + minimum number of days registered at site, password posted 15 minutes before tournament), which resulted only in random people spamming the site.

In the past we used to inform more about promotions from other sites like FTP, Titan Poker, etc., but at the moment the market is so dry that most of the news of this type comes from PokerStars.

The reasoning behind posting stuff like this is as presented in my post above, but yes - this is pretty much a press release from PokerStars minus some stuff cut out, so it doesn't look like somebody is trying to shove you his tennis ball down the throat if you don't participate in this

I never heard of him until LP's last news article on him joining PS.

LP introduced him as Rafael Nadal, I was thinking it was Rafael Natal for a minute, an MMA fighter in the UFC.

Yea i'm sure he's cool and has alot of good general advice about hard work and achievements and whatnot, but the setting is just not something i'm not interested in. I would 'hang out' with anyone, but if the premise is because that given person is getting paid to see me.. well that's kind of awkward and not really a good premise to "hang out with someone".
