Don't like Titan Poker, deposited 40bucks, claimed that me wasnt me.

Had to send them alot of stuff, did that, then they went on saying, no the pictures are to low quality, since they were taken from my webcam and some random bullshit..

I don't have a camera or a scanner, now I can't even be bothered, maybe I should bother.
I am not going to play, but since I don't have the creditcard I deposited with anymorw I can't put in that one...

So I can't take out the Cash. So the trouble for 40bucks ain't worth it!

I might though revisit this shit since I hate them and I don't wan't to give them a cent, now I just have to find a camera.

Dont worry - this is a standard procedure on almost every respectable poker room that takes care of security properly, after you make an account and do a initial deposit/withdrawal.

Just take a photo with your mobile phone, most of them have 5mgpix cameras or better, and make sure the text is readable + all 4 corners of the document are visible. This should do the job.

What annoyed me was they wouldn't simply refund my money to the card!
I don't care I was unhappy with their support, I will get these documents and then sell the dollars or something, do they allow transfers? No way I am paying them any rake, since I am about brake even recreational player
