Five days and many hours spent shuffling cards later, the Main Event of World Series of Poker 2012 is already over for majority of participants. But not for everyone! Fighting for the first prize of $8,527,982 we still have 97 players left. Kyle Keranen is currently in the lead with 6,935,000 chips.
Yesterday 282 players started the day, but as mentioned - most of them had their final table dreams brutally taken away.
Amongst players that busted yesterday we can find: Eric Cloutier, John Juanda, Freddy Deeb, Sorel Mizzi and JP Kelly and Daniel Negreanu. Daniel Negreanu, being a shortstack decided to go all-in preflop with  . He got called by  that dominated him, and as board bricked Daniel busted out in the 160th place.
However, we still have few well-known poker players in the game and the fight for the final table will remain unforgiving. Amongst the players racing for the 2012 WSOP Main Event title we have Gavin Smith, Vanessa Selbst, David baker, Jason Somerville, and Amnon Filippi.
The game will resume today with blinds 15,000/30,000/ante 4,000. Avarage stack: 2,040,619.
