I just started playing and I had a friend behind me urging me to call.

Always play your good hands aggressively. People fold sometimes and ull be pissed, but in the long run its a lot better than playing weak noob poker. I mean, the only thing thats gonna pay u off on this board is a T anyway, and u might as well take it down on flop if someone doesnt have one. If they do theyll pay u off without u having to slowplay. Bet out 2/3-3/4 of pot on flop.

any pocket pair or even just a bluff assuming you dont have the 10

So the quad 10's at higher stakes is a given but at lower is... whatever?
