History so far: Villain has check-raised some draws on flop, and just flat-called some. Also always flats any time he pairs (without top pair good kicker, which he has check-raised). Been pretty tight prefop (not running HEM on this computer), playing about 1/4 of his hands when he's OOP. I've been cbetting almost close to 100% and just recently he's been floating me with A-high a couple times.

Am I missing value by not betting turn? And as played, is river a fold, call, or raise? (I personally dont think raise ever but was wondering if anyone would advocate it)

Absolutely need to be betting turn, as played call river. Not much else you can do.
