I think while he keeps betting, he polarizes his range pretty well to something like nuts or nothing here, unless he's good enough to valuebet Qx this way. River blanks off while turn's a bad card to bluff anyway.

Even if he has Qx here, it doesn't make THAT much sense to bet the river that strong since most of Hero's range here is draws - he wouldn't get called by worse than Qx here probably anyway so giving him a chance to bluff would make a lot sense.

Maybe it's just me but that bluff doesn't seem too credible. If turn card was pretty much anything else than K or Q, this would work a lot better. =[
