Since he is the third one into the pot preflop he could have a variety of hands this looks like he has a flush draw though you played it pretty good, the river 4 completes a possible gutshot or open ender (A3 and 67) on the flop and those are likely hands he would call with preflop so just be aware of that. Looks like A8 or a diamond draw to me. If he is drawing the turn bet is a bit weak. I think if he was drawing a straight or slowplaying two pair / set then its cheaper to check/call the river.
