humPah   Finland. Apr 15 2007 17:09. Posts 1544 Well generally calling all in with a second worst pair horrible kicker is usually pretty bad, but it has some good implied HOTW odds. Raising preflop more than 10% is somewhat wild. 5% is average. Less than 3% is passive.
