seriously, what was he hoping for? a spade hits? someone catchs a J or a K to complete their straight.. or worse, someone makes their house... a blank?
if a blank hits and they've checked the turn, best he can hope for is a draw or a complete retard who will pay him off with 2 pair

which is of course, why he went all-in
