Don't think you beat much of anything on the river. Maybe 56, 75, 79.

Even if you bet, bet/fold is prolly better.

I bluff here in villain's shoes regularly thinking overpair has to fold it beats no value and is easily behind; i figure i am punishing what is already a pretty thin bet on this board.... then they call

maybe that why hero calls

its such a good spot to bluff that betting isnt so +ev if ur villian doesnt mind jamming, vs some i bet fold vs some i check,

fwiw isnt 66 the easiest x/r flop for villain ? its a board that he should be x/ring a bunch although he prolly doesn't have like 67o cuz its 2bet pot
the only FHs I'd expect him to have are 78 and Q8 combos as played

+1 on bet/fold river though, not sure about the sizing too, but seems fine

i dislike bet/fold, holding the Ah. if we bet i think we have to call a raise, since Axh should be a large part of villain's value raise range (unless ofc villain never bluffs or something)

i think checking back river is fine, all of our reasonable semibluffs have gotten there by the river, so we need not thin value bet. that said, this bet prob isnt too thin, and seems ok. i'd prob play this the same way a lot of the time.
