If u think he is the person that bluffs in this situation than (although there are not many draws on the flop; only a gutshot) i guess check/calling is fine.
Standard for me would be to bet here.

hes unlikely to call twice with a hand that needs to bluff the river, so unless you think he's calling with 9 high or something to bluff river you need to just bet river as he is likely to have showdown and check back, unless he has you beat. |
