we don't rep much by raising turn? i feel like all our value hands would be raising flop, since the lead is pathetically small on a hyper dynamic board

kinda like a fold turn tbh... no blockers, no implied odds, pretty much every river will suck

I can't see turn raise being good for value; hero played it fine. The guy hit his one card and managed to vbet it on top.

Turn raise will be spew for value; your hand is just not strong enough. Nothing to go with those jacks except the AK blockers. You get 3bet its bad, most river spots are going to suck.

I'd make a note about his $4 donkbet; looks like he figured he had some equity and wanted to see a turn but wanted to set his own price and not c/c a Cbet.
