You played it well, sometimes you get sucked out on and there's nothing you can do but keep going

Although I should mention, since you have two of the kings, his range is more weighted to draws and non Kx hands, so a bigger bet on the turn is probably warranted.

Why ? His bet doesn't really give a good price for draws and a higher bet could make him potentially fold them so.. ?

My reasoning is that we have a nutty hand on a drawy board against an opponent who most likely has a draw so we should bet big to maximize value and minimize suckouts. This is low stakes too so people tend to call when they shouldn't. Not that the sizing is terrible or something, it's just a bad beat, but I do like a shove now that I think about it.

i think i would be overbet jamming turn as played (it's hardly an overbet, 34 into 32)

this would be most balanced play for my range, since i would be doing the same with all my good draws

one thing u can consider is checking flop (to either raise or just call depending on opponent). we block a huge part of villain's "good hand" combos so hes more likely to have either draws (which will probably bet, but may not depending on player), total air like 78s, or mid-low pairs like QJs and 88

when you have top set, no one ever has top pair

unless its PLO

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same
